SHIPPING

Goods are shipped when confirmation of payment clearance is received.

All item prices exclude transport costs and local taxes. Please be aware that shipping rates do not cover customs fees, import tax fees or any other government charges assessed during international shipment.

Postage will be by Royal Mail. Or if in bulk or under other conditions, this could be by another carrier. In the United Kingdom, postage will be usually by Tracked 48. Items posted abroad, outside the United Kingdom will usually be sent by International Tracked mail. Please check postage options before purchase, especially for bulky items, to see if the options required are covered. If your country of origin is not mentioned for the item for sale, please contact us to check the shipping rate.

Instructions for Special Delivery

Any special delivery instructions must be clearly detailed in the notes section at the time of order.

The customer accepts that the responsibility for special deliveries is theirs and that claims for loss or damage are not upheld in any circumstances.

Missing or Damaged Items

If an item is found to be damaged or missing on opening when mailed to your address in the shipping process, please contact Innerwater directly via the contact form within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Document any faults by taking pictures and contact Innerwater before any possible return of the package, listing the purchase reference number, your address and email, alongside any pictures and details of the event.

Innewater cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, and for any post mishandling. Please note that fragile items and glass items will be packed with special care and attention. However items may then be damaged through circumstances out of Innerwater‘s control.

Delivery Time Scales & Tracking

Items are sent everywhere in the world.

Shipment is prepared as quickly as possible after ordering.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, and if possible, the day after purchase.

UK orders usually arrive after dispatch within 2-3 days. Items not received within 14 days must be reported in writing via the contact form.

European Orders usually arrive after dispatch within 3-5 days.  Items not received within 14 days must be reported in writing via the contact form.

International Orders usually arrive after dispatch within 5-7 days.  Items not received within 30 days must be reported in writing via the contact form.

Please check tracking information with the relevant courier. If there is a delay in delivery, items may be waiting to be collected. We cannot be responsible for this and items if they are then returned to us.

Every effort is made to ship the items on time and often before the stated time, however Innerwater cannot be responsible for postal delays or postal services that state an estimated time of delivery, which may then take longer.
